The famous Two Horse denim brand founded in 1853 in San Franciso, California when Levi Strauss arrived from Bavaria to open a wholesale dry goods business. Initially a workwear company, the first patent for riveted blue jeans was granted in 1873 and Levi Strauss & Co. quickly became synonymous with high quality jeans, jackets, shirts and accessories.
