Delivery
Where’s my parcel?
You’ll find your Royal Mail tracking number in your shipping confirmation email (the second email we send after you place your order).
Simply copy and paste that number into the Royal Mail tracking page to see the status of your delivery.
If Royal Mail’s info isn’t clear, email us at sales@bragvintage.com — we’ll get back to you as soon as possible (Mon–Fri, 8:00–15:30).
Can I collect my order from your warehouse?
Sorry, we don’t currently offer collections from our Sheffield warehouse.
How long will delivery take?

UK: Royal Mail 24 — arrives within 1–2 working days.
(Order before 1 pm for same-day dispatch on weekdays.) -
EU: Tracked & signed — 3–7 working days.

Rest of World: 5–10 working days.
Returns
How do I return an item?
Print out your order confirmation email, include it with the item(s) you’d like to return, and send everything to:

Before returning, please read our Returns Policy for details on your responsibilities and ours.
When will my refund be processed?
Once your return arrives at our warehouse, we’ll process your refund within three working days.

PayPal refunds usually appear within 2 hours.

Debit/credit card refunds take 3–5 days to show up.
Do you offer exchanges?
We only offer exchanges if the item is faulty or not as described.
For all other reasons (fit, style, etc.), simply return the item for a refund and place a new order for the one you want.
Who pays for returns?
If you’re returning an item because it’s faulty or not as described, we’ll cover the cost (up to £4 in the UK or £10 outside the UK).
Otherwise, return postage is the buyer’s responsibility.
Can I use a different courier?
Yes! You can use any courier — we just recommend a tracked or signed-for service for peace of mind.
Brag Vintage isn’t liable for packages lost or damaged in transit.
No original packaging?
No worries — as long as your item is secure, any sturdy packaging will do.
Payment
My payment was declined — what now?
Double-check that:

Your billing address matches your card’s registered address.

All card details are entered correctly.
If everything looks right, contact your bank to check if your card has any temporary restrictions.
Can I change or cancel my order?
You can, as long as you contact us within 30 minutes of ordering and before 1 pm (weekdays).
If the order’s already been shipped, you can return it to us using Return to Sender.
Do I need to sign in to make an order?
Nope — you can checkout as a guest!
(Though saving your details for next time makes things even easier.)
Is Brag Vintage secure?
Absolutely. We’re SSL certified and a Verified by Visa seller. All payments are securely processed through PayPal, whether you pay via PayPal or card. Your data’s safe with us.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards as well as PayPal.
My discount code doesn’t work — why?
It could be one of these:

Check for typos — our codes aren’t case-sensitive, but they do need to be spelled correctly.

Many codes are single use, so someone in your household might have already used it.

Some codes are time-limited — check that it’s still valid.
What currencies do you accept?
All payments are accepted, but they’ll be converted to GBP (£) at checkout.

Do prices include VAT?
Yes — all our prices include VAT.

How long do you take to reply to emails?
We aim to respond to all messages within 24 hours (weekdays).

Do you buy pieces from individuals?
Sorry — we don’t currently buy from individual sellers.
Other
Do you have a physical store?
Not at the moment — we’re online only.

When do you upload new stock?
We upload new vintage pieces daily, so keep checking back for fresh finds.
Forgot your Brag Vintage login details?

How do you ensure items are authentic?
We only source from trusted, certified vintage suppliers and hand-check every single item to guarantee authenticity.
