We want you to love your vintage find, but if it’s not quite right, here’s how to return your item smoothly.
🕒 Return Timeframe

You have 28 days from the date of your order to request a return.

We aim to process all returns within 3 working days of receiving them, though please allow up to 7 days during busy periods.
📦 Item Condition

Items must be returned in their original condition, exactly as described and photographed at the time of purchase.

We do not accept returns for items that have been worn, altered, or damaged after delivery.
📬 How to Return an Item

Print your original order confirmation (emailed to you after purchase) and include it in your return package.

Package the item securely to avoid damage in transit.

💳 Refunds

Once we receive and verify your return, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method (PayPal or card).

Refunds are typically processed within 3 working days, but please allow up to 7 days for the funds to appear in your account.
🚚 Return Postage

Customers are responsible for the cost of return postage, unless the item is faulty or incorrectly described (see below).

We do not refund postage for returns due to fit, change of mind, or faults already described in the listing.
⚠️ Faulty or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or not as described, we’ll offer:

A full refund, replacement, or exchange

Plus, a refund for your return postage cost (equal to our original postage fee unless you provide proof of cost)

Many of our vintage items show signs of age or wear — this is part of their charm. We take great care to describe and photograph all faults clearly. We cannot accept returns for issues that were accurately shown or noted in the listing.
